叶面积指数(LAI,Leaf Area Index)是陆面过程中一个十分重要的输入参数,其遥感反演方法研究一直是国内外遥感应用研究的热点问题。基于统计的遥感反演方法由于缺乏物理基础,其可靠性和普适性差。基于物理的冠层反射模型的LAI反演方法克服了上述弊端,但是由于反演过程是病态的,模型反演结果一般不唯一。神经网络算法的介入可在一定程度上改善这一问题,但是模型反演的病态问题至今仍无法很好地解决。在PROSAIL模型敏感性分析的基础上提出了一种基于影像分类的神经网络反演方法,引进了土壤反射指数用于替代原模型中难以确定的土壤背景反射参数,分别针对不同植被类型建立各自的神经网络,对经过大气纠正后的Landsat ETM+影像进行了模拟实验并同野外实测LAI数据进行比较。结果表明,对于LAI小于3的植被区该方法的反演精度比较可靠,而LAI大于3的植被区,反演的LAI偏小,原因归结为密植被的冠层反射在LAI大于3以后趋于饱和而无法敏感地表征LAI的变化所导致的。  相似文献

Increased canopy leaf area (L) may lead to higher forest productivity and alter processes such as species dynamics and ecosystem mass and energy fluxes. Few CO2 enrichment studies have been conducted in closed canopy forests and none have shown a sustained enhancement of L. We reconstructed 8 years (1996–2003) of L at Duke's Free Air CO2 Enrichment experiment to determine the effects of elevated atmospheric CO2 concentration ([CO2]) on L before and after canopy closure in a pine forest with a hardwood component, focusing on interactions with temporal variation in water availability and spatial variation in nitrogen (N) supply. The dynamics of L were reconstructed using data on leaf litterfall mass and specific leaf area for hardwoods, and needle litterfall mass and specific leaf area combined with needle elongation rates, and fascicle and shoot counts for pines. The dynamics of pine L production and senescence were unaffected by elevated [CO2], although L senescence for hardwoods was slowed. Elevated [CO2] enhanced pine L and the total canopy L (combined pine and hardwood species; P<0.050); on average, enhancement following canopy closure was ~16% and 14% respectively. However, variation in pine L and its response to elevated [CO2] was not random. Each year pine L under ambient and elevated [CO2] was spatially correlated to the variability in site nitrogen availability (e.g. r2=0.94 and 0.87 in 2001, when L was highest before declining due to droughts and storms), with the [CO2]‐induced enhancement increasing with N (P=0.061). Incorporating data on N beyond the range of native fertility, achieved through N fertilization, indicated that pine L had reached the site maximum under elevated [CO2] where native N was highest. Thus closed canopy pine forests may be able to increase leaf area under elevated [CO2] in moderate fertility sites, but are unable to respond to [CO2] in both infertile sites (insufficient resources) and sites having high levels of fertility (maximum utilization of resources). The total canopy L, representing the combined L of pine and hardwood species, was constant across the N gradient under both ambient and elevated [CO2], generating a constant enhancement of canopy L. Thus, in mixed species stands, L of canopy hardwoods which developed on lower fertility sites (~3 g N inputs m?2 yr?1) may be sufficiently enhanced under elevated [CO2] to compensate for the lack of response in pine L, and generate an appreciable response of total canopy L (~14%).  相似文献

从植物群落组成和结构的角度研究森林群落的演替规律,是探究森林群落的退化与恢复过程及相关机制的重要途径,对于指导天然林保护和恢复具有重要理论价值和实践意义。2018年,对面积为9.6 hm~2的武夷山亚热带常绿阔叶林样地进行了第2轮调查,并从重要值、物种多度、物种丰富度、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Simpson指数、Margalef丰富度指数、Pielou均匀度指数、死亡率、补员率、种群大小变化率、相对适合度、胸径变异系数等角度分析了乔木层群落动态。结果表明:2018年的乔木个体为48科88属174种,较2013年增加了1种。Margalef丰富度指数上升,Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Simpson指数、Pielou均匀度指数均略有下降。DBH≥1 cm的乔木个体从68336个减少到63897个,共死亡7430个个体,补员2991个个体。群落的年死亡率为2.30%,年补员率为0.96%,种群大小变化率为-1.34%,相对适合度为0.42。群落的平均胸径从5.02(±0.02) cm上升为5.49(±0.03) cm。28个重要值之和由71.92%下降为71.81...  相似文献

胃癌(gastric cancer,GC)是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重危害人类健康。胃癌发病机制复杂,缺乏特异性预后生物标志物。长链非编码RNA(long non?coding RNA,lncRNA)可作为竞争性内源RNA(competing endogenous RNA,ceRNA),影响microRNA(miRNA)与mRNA的结合,从而影响胃癌的发生、发展。基于TCGA和GEO数据库的转录组数据,筛选GC中差异表达的lncRNAs,并构建基于6条lncRNAs(HAGLROS、TMEM92?AS1、LINC01745、HOXC?AS3、SEMA3B?AS1、FEZF1?AS1)的lncRNA?miRNA?mRNA网络。网络核心基因的KEGG/GO富集和蛋白质互作分析结果显示,lncRNA可能通过miRNA海绵吸附作用,调控胃癌的发生、发展与转移。AC011352.1、AC087636.1、AC093627.1、GAS1RR与胃癌患者的预后相关性具有统计学意义(P<0.05),并可能成为胃癌患者潜在的预后生物标志物。  相似文献

以革兰氏阳性菌金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)和阴性菌大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)为受试菌,采用体外抑菌圈法追踪抗菌活性部分。利用各种色谱技术对正丁醇萃取部分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和谱学数据进行结构鉴定。从麻叶千里光的水提醇沉物的正丁醇萃取部分分离得到3个化合物:苄基-O-α-L-广吡喃阿拉伯糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡糖苷(1)、(6S,9S)-6-羟基-3-酮-α-紫罗兰醇-9-O-β-D-葡糖苷(2)和(6S,9R)-6-羟基-3-酮-α-紫罗兰醇-9-O-β-D-葡糖苷(3)。它们均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。  相似文献

为了研究小麦春化相关基因VER17的功能,应用反义RNA技术,将VER17基因的反义片段构建到载体pBI121上,通过花粉管通道法获取转基因小麦.对T0代转基因植株GUS染色以及PCR等分子鉴定,得到14株含反义VERJ7基因片段的阳性转基因植株.对T0代和T1代的表型观察结果显示,VER17反义转基因植株开花时间延迟,并且穗的顶部和基部小花出现明显的退化.表明春化相关基因VER17在小麦发育过程中可能起到促进植物开花以及穗顶端和基部花发育的作用,减少小花退化,同时对雄蕊的发育也有影响.  相似文献

The beetle family Eucinetidae, represented by Eucinetus haemorrhoidalis (Germar), is newly recorded from southern parts of the Korean Peninsula, extending its distributional range by several hundred kilometers to the south. The molecular phylogeny of 12 species of Camponotus ants in Korea was examined using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers as inputs for an analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA) and cluster analysis to describe the relationships between species. For comparison, morphometric data (based on 10 morphological characters) were also gathered for phylogenetic analysis. Assessments of similarity between species were made, and the results of these assessments are compared for the molecular and morphological data sets. In the morphometric analysis, the following groups were identified: (i) C. atrox, C. kiusuensis, C. japonicus and C. concavus (93% similarity); (ii) C. sp. 1 (be diverging at 80% similarity); (iii) C. jejuensis, C. sp. 3, C. itoi, C. nawai and C. tokioensis (94.5% similarity); and (iv) C. nipponensis and C. quadrinotatus (94.5% similarity). Formica fusca was 73.5% similar to the 12 Camponotus species studied here. The group comprising C. nawai and C. tokioensis had the highest similarity index (97.36%), followed by the group comprising C. jejuensis and C. sp. 3 (95%), then C. atrox and C. kiusuensis (94.5%), and then C. nipponensis and C. quadrinotatus (93.5%). In the molecular analysis the following groups were identified: (i) C. atrox and C. jejuensis (30% similarity); (ii) C. concavus, C. japonicus and C. itoi (25% similarity); (iii) C. kiusuensis, C. nawai, C. sp. 3, C. nipponensis, C. quadrinotatus and C. sp. 1 (24% similarity); and (iv) C. tokioensis (be diverging at 23% similarity). The most closely related group in the molecular analysis was C. nawai and C. sp. 3 (75% similarity), followed by C. concavus and C. japonicus (50.5% similarity), then C. atrox and C. jejuensis (30%), and then C. quadrinotatus and C. sp. 1. Camponotus tokioensis was the least closely related to other species among the 12 species studied. Although C. jejuensis and C. tokioensis were found to be 93.6% similar on the basis of morphometric data, molecular data indicated only 23% similarity, the lowest similarity index between any two species considered here. Camponotus jejuensis has marked morphological similarities to C. tokioensis, but on the basis of molecular data gathered in the present study, we refute the proposal that they are synonyms or sister species.  相似文献
